Winter denim action

That’s what woulda been the jam this past weekend…some wooly jortz to wear on top of wooly full length shammys, or maybe a snuggy, just saying. Alas, the women of Jortz kept it real this weekend across the big ol’ sunny (yet freezin) state of California and beyond…the border in Mexico, yo hombre. Jortz sista adventures include….

Stealin Yur boyfren’ & Born Jortz crushed 100+ miles from SF to Santa Cruz on Saturday, just for some dirty, dirty, delicious, White Russians on the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Nice moves sista SYB & BJortz.

Showing Jortz support in the ‘south of SF’ vacinitay, Sister Mary Bangable mangled with Fresh Meat Fridays Bike Polo weekend in saucytown Fresno. Lookin fierce & fine B.

Now headin south, hella south, Sometimes Klassy is taking to the streets of Mexico for a bad ass bike tour. Starting in Guadalajara last week, SK y su Boo are meeting up with the inspiring Ginger of la Flaming Bike Blog whose also bike touring Mexico, sola. Viva la bicicletta y las mujeres, sup.

And as for me, Money Maker, I joined the other 297 spandex & wool clad fools to make the Old Caz Road pilgrimage in the 2nd GrassHopper Adventure Series race/hell on wheels ride on Saturday. Super rad riding company with fellow CX Women’s B (for Bad ass) racers from Vive Le Tarte, Roaring Mouse & Missing Link.  Results: 5,500 ft of climbing, 60 miles of road, fire trails, dirt, snow, ice + a river crossing = rocking the coveted Women’s DFL prize winner: meshback hat. Damn son. Stoked.
